With over 10 years in the bar game, Jovan Morales aka Bar Daddy knew something was missing in Ottawa.

In 2018, he created a series of bar syrups to enhance the flavor of the nations capital.

Since Bar Daddy's inception, he has been creating syrups and catering throughout the city;

bringing a bolt of flavor to those in need.
