Roasted Marshmallow Recipes

Campfire Old Fashioned

¾ oz Roasted Marshmallow Syrup

2 oz Bourbon

3 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters

Build into a rocks glass with a large ice cube and stir. Garnish with an Orange zest. Best when it is smoked with Hickory chips.

Strawberry Cheesecake Martini

2 Strawberries

¾ oz Roasted Marshmallow Syrup

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Irish Cream

1 oz Pineapple juice

3 oz Whipped Cream or 1 oz heavy cream

Shake all ingredients for 30 seconds, then strain into a Martini glass. Top with fresh strawberry slices and some whipped cream.

S’mores Martini #1

1 oz Vodka

½ oz RumChata

½ oz Tia Maria

1 oz Roasted Marshmallow syrup

Shake with ice, strain into a coupé glass rimmed with Nutella and graham crackers. Top with whipped cream, roasted marshmallows, and graham crackers.

S’mores Martini #2

¾ oz Roasted Marshmallow Syrup

1 oz Bourbon

½ oz Frangelico

½ oz Creme De Cacao

2 oz Heavy Cream

Shake with ice, strain into a coupé glass rimmed with Nutella and graham crackers.

Special Coffee

1 oz Aged Rum

½ oz Bailey’s, Cream, or Milk

½ - 1 oz of Roasted Marshmallow Syrup

4-10 oz Coffee

Build in your favourite cup, stir, and enjoy. Try topping with Roasted Marshmallow Whipped Cream!

Roasted Marshmallow Whipped Cream (500 ml)

2 oz Roasted Marshmallow Syrup

2 oz Creme De Cacao

12 oz Whipping Cream (35%)

Place all ingredients into a 500ml whipped cream canister, charge once with NO2, and let it sit refrigerated for at least 20 minutes. Lasts 1-2 weeks. Can also be mixed with a whisk.

Chocolate Bourbon Flip

2 oz Bourbon

1 oz Roasted Marshmallow Syrup

1 Whole Egg

3-6 dashes Chocolate bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice for 1-2 minutes, strain into a rocks glass. Top with fresh nutmeg.
